A: We offer PIN access to the facility and video surveillance.
Q: Do you offer services for both personal and business customers?
A: Yes, our storage units are used for both personal and business storage. We also serve students, military personnel, and any other customers needing storage.
Q: Can anybody drive onto the properties or do you need a PIN?
A: Gate access is via PIN. Gated properties with outside access can’t be accessed without a PIN.
Q: What is a roll-up door?
A: A roll-up door is the same type of door used on most garage doors. Roll-up doors tend to make loading and unloading easier and allow you to pack your space more efficiently.
Q: Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
A: You can purchase a cylinder lock from us when you rent a unit.
Q: What’s the difference between office hours and gate hours?
A: Office hours (the hours our management team is available to assist you) are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Gate hours (the hours that your unit can be accessed) are 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
Q: How far in advance can I book a reservation?
A: This depends on availability. Call us as soon as possible to see if we have units available in your time frame.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: We offer month-to-month leases. You can pay monthly in your online portal or set up an automatic ACH bill pay.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept major cards.
Q: What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
A: We offer one size 10’ x 23’ x 10’.

A: We have storage units with extra wide doors that can accommodate vehicles.
